Important COVID-19 Re-Opening Message
In an effort to ensure the safety of all youth that attend the Boys & Girls of Baldwin and Jones Counties, Inc., we are mandating the wearing of mask for all youth attending the afterschool program. We are also asking our parents to provide us with a wellness physical to ensure that we are working with our youth in a safe manner due to requirement of wearing a mask. Due to social distancing requirements, we are also asking parents to contact the site of choice to ensure that they are able to attend the Club during the school year. For those that do not attend or wish to return due to COVID-19, we will be offering virtual services to each of those that are interested in participating in club activities. The Baldwin Site contact number is 478-295-2660 and the Jones County Site number is 478-221-3112.

COVID 19 Response
The Boys & Girls Club of Baldwin and Jones Counties, Inc. will be CLOSED due to COVID 19 until further notice. It has been determined that it is imperative that we do all that we can to keep our youth, staff, volunteers, and Board Members safe during this Pandemic. We are working closely with our Governing Board, National Staff, as well as considering the recommendations of the CDC, and surgeon general. But as mentioned, we will continue to monitor the situation and make decisions accordingly. We look forward to the time that our youth are rushing in our doors once again. CLUB OFFERING VIRTUAL PROGRAMS FOR YOUTH DURING THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC
vIRTUAL pOWER hOUR/TUTORING ASSISTANCE
The Boys & Girls Club of Baldwin and Jones Counties, Inc. are working closely with our youth in an effort to relieve them of any frustration that he or she may be having as a result of distance learning. We offer online tutoring and classwork assistance on Mondays from 11:00 to 12:30pm. If this time does not work for your schedule, please email Pamela Peek at [email protected] or [email protected] to schedule a time that works best for you. It is our desire that we work to ensure that your end of the year school experience is as less stressful as possible during this Pandemic. "FROM TEST TO RECESS" PLATFORM
Calling all Club Members to join us on our "From Test to Recess" Platform if you would like to add a little fun to your day while we are respecting the need for Social Distancing. Each week we will have a fun activity set for the youth. During our weekly activities scheduled including Power Hour/Name that Activity, you will be able to earn points to win prizes at the end of each month. The top 3 participants will receive a special prize for their participation. So far, we have had fun with "Name that Tune", and "The Price is Right" See scores below of the participants that have earned points.

We are working closely with our local schools systems' nutrition department to assist with the distribution of FREE breakfast and lunches for our youth in the community each week for the remainder of the school year. Meals can be picked up ("Grab and Go") at The Baldwin Site on Mondays and Wednesdays from 11:00 a.m. through 1:00 p.m. Meal can be picked up at the Jones Site on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:30 a.m. through 12:30 noon. Come out and grab your meals while supplies last.

Registration INformation
School Year REgistration
The school is between the months of August and May. Parents or guardians can sign up their children anytime during the school year. The School year fees are $110 per youth. If you have Peachstate, Caresource, Wellcare or Amerigroup, the fees are $35 per youth with insurance vouchers and/or verification. Summer Registration may begin anytime during the month of May and will last throughout the Summer Months. Summer registration fees are $80 per child for the entire summer program. At the end of the school year, the clubhouses/units will be closed for 1 week once school is out to give the staff the opportunity to transition into the summer months.
